By doing this, "My Hotels" window appears.
This window have two sections: "My Hotels" and "Portals for…" for the selected hotel.
"My Hotels" Section
In this section you can see a toolbar with three buttons: "Add", "Edit", "Delete" and a grid that provides you informations about the existing hotels.
Add a new hotel
If you want to add a new hotel you have to click the "Add" button from the toolbar or
to right-click inside the grid and select the "Add Hotel" option from the popup menu that appears.
In both cases, the following dialog box will appear permitting you to insert the name of the hotel.
After you have entered the hotel's name you can press the "OK" button to add the hotel or you can press the "Cancel" button to cancel the operation.
Edit informations about the existing hotels
If you want to edit informations about an existing hotel, you must select it from the grid and then click the "Edit" button or right-click it and select "Edit Hotel" option from the popup menu that appears.
You can reneame the hotel. If you don't want to change informations about the selected hotel you can press the "Cancel" button or press the Escape (ESC) on the keyboard. When you press the "OK" button, the information about the existing hotel will be updated.
Delete existing hotel
If you want to delete an existing hotel you must select it from the grid and then you can click the "Delete" button or you can right-click it and select "Delete Hotel" option from the popup menu that appears.
A confirmation dialog will show up, if you click the "Yes" button the hotel will be deleted.
Note: when you delete an existing hotel, all informations about this hotel will be deleted (i.e. reservations on this hotel will be deteled, etc).
"Portals for..." Section
This section permits you to affiliate hotels to portals. This section have two parts: toolbar and grid.
The toolbar have the following buttons: "Add", "Change Login Details", "Delete" and "Login To Portal".
The grid shows the portals where the selected hotel is affiliated.
If the hotel is not affiliated to any portals then the "Change Login Details", "Delete" and "Login To Portal" buttons are disabled.
Affiliate a hotel to a portal
If you want to affiliate the hotel to a new portal, you must click the "Add" button from the toolbar.
Another way to accomplish this is to right-click on the grid and select the "Add Portal" option from the popup menu that appears.
In both cases you will see a new window where you can select the available portals for the selected hotel. After the portal selection, you will see the login page for this portal where you must insert, for the first and last time, the login details (i.e. username and password) and click the login button into the login page of the portal.
After this the hotel will successfully be affiliated to the selected portal.
Change the login details for a portal
If you want to change your login details for the portal of the selected hotel, you can select the portal from the grid and then you can click the "Change Login Details" button or you can right-click the portal and then select the "Change Login Details" option from the popup menu that appears. You will see the hotel's login page for the selected portal where you can enter the login details. Here you can change the portal's login page too. If you don't want to change the login details you can close the window. Pressing the login button inside the login page (after inserting the correct username and password), will update the login details.
Delete an existing portal
If you want to delete an existing portal for the selected hotel, you can select it from the grid and then you can click the "Delete" button or you can right-click it and then select the "Delete Portal" option from the popup menu that appears.
A dialog window will appear; if you click "Yes" the portal will be deleted from the selected hotel' affiliation.
Note: when you unaffiliate an existing portal from a hotel, all reservations made through this portal will be deleted.
Login to a portal
If you want to login to a portal you can select it from the grid and then you can click the "Login" button or you can right-click it and then select the "Login to portal" option from the popup menu that appears. After this you will be automatically logged into the selected portal.
See login details
If you want to see your login details for a portal, you can right-click it and then select the "See login details" option from the popup menu that appears. You will see an information window that will contain the login details.
