Working With Reservations

Working With Reports

Working with reports is as simple as clicking the "My Reports" button in the main window or selecting "My Reports" from the "File" menu.

By doing this, "My Reports" window appears.
This window permits you to view four type of reports: "Portals", "Hotels", "Reservations" and "Costs".

Portals
Here you can see the number of reservations and the total costs of the reservations made on the selected portals.
If you click the "Portals" button a new window will show up; here you can specify the time interval and the portals the report will be generated for.

If you click the "Select All" button, all portals from the list will be selected; if you click the "Unselect All" button all portals from the list will be unselected.
After the portals selection, you can click the "OK" button to generate the report:

Hotels
Here you can see the number of reservations and the total costs of the reservations made on the selected hotels.
If you click the "Hotels" button a new window will show up; here you can specify the time interval and the hotels the report will be generated for.

If you click the "Select All" button, all hotels from the list will be selected; if you click the "Unselect All" button all hotels from the list will be unselected.
After the hotels selection, you can click the "OK" button to generate the report:

Reservations
Here you can see the number of reservations made on the selected portals and hotels.
If you click the "Reservations" button a new window will show up; here you can specify the time interval, the portals and the hotels the report will be generated for.

If you click the "Select All" button on the portals section, all portals from the list will be selected. If you click the "Unselect All" button on the portals section, all portals from the list will be unselected. The procedure is the same for the hotels section.
After the selections are made, you can click the "OK" button to generate the report:

Costs
Here you can see the costs of reservations made on the selected portals and hotels.
If you click the "Costs" button a new window will show up; here you can specify the time interval, the portals and the hotels the report will be generated for.
